Wellness Checks are available to individuals and families living in select Boston neighborhoods. Whether you have an elderly parent, who would appreciate a friendly visit, or children who need an extra set of eyes to make sure they are staying on task, we are here to support you.

✨ Our Community Care Visitors take safety precautions such as wearing masks and maintaining physical distance seriously!

✨ You’ll receive a message when your Community Care Visitor arrives and leaves your home!

✨ Our visits usually last 15 minutes and we don’t have to enter your home – the preference is yours!
